Dr. Matt Davidson

Matt grew up on a dairy farm in Gaspereau, Nova Scotia. As a self-professed night owl, he knew the early mornings of dairy farming were not in his future. On the other hand, from an early age, Matt had an interest in dentistry. This interest was reinforced by several summers of job shadowing with the Friars before he attended dental school.

Matt completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Dalhousie University in 2014 and entered directly into Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry, graduating in 2018. After spending eight years in Halifax Matt wanted nothing more than to return to the Valley to begin practicing.

Matt enjoys all aspects of dentistry and looks forward to developing meaningful relationships with all of his patients.

Dr. Lindsay Downey

Dr. Lindsay Downey graduated with honours from University College Cork, in Cork, Ireland, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2021. She was also the recipient of the 2021 American Academy of Endodontics award. She started her career working in her hometown of Moncton, New Brunswick and then following her fiancé to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. She is excited to now be living and working in the beautiful Valley region. Her interests include attending spin classes, cooking for friends and family, and travelling to different countries. Dr. Downey looks forward to bringing her passion for comfortable, minimally invasive dentistry to the team and is pleased to offer bilingual service to her patients.
